We are addicted to busyness. We wear our exhaustion like a badge of honor. But in the realm of healing, speed is the enemy. Healing requires the nervous system to drop into a parasympathetic state—rest and digest.

When we slow down, we create space. Space for emotion to surface, space for intuition to speak, space for the body to repair itself. This week, I invite you to do one thing slowly. Drink your tea slowly. Walk slowly. Breathe slowly.
